Lisa Sciortino, President:

Lisa had successfully operated a Real Estate office for a number of years before attending Hofstra University and graduating Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelors Degree in Information Systems. She then transferred her talents to Internet development for such companies as NADO,, Hansgrohe-USA and Luxury Marketing, Inc.

Her expertise is in web site user integration, information architecture and project management. She is responsible for researching and developing proposals, communicating with clients, facilitating client and team meetings, and managing the project teams. Her ability to foresee project requirements has become an instrumental part of the Kizmet business model.

Lisa has a seat on the Board of Directors for the Long Island Advertising Club and heads up the Internet Committee.

Nicolas Dinatale, Vice President:

Nicolas received a bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Hofstra University in 1998. Prior to that, he was on active duty with the United States Navy for six years and participated in Desert Storm and in operations in Bosnia. He is a recipient of the Navy and Marine Corp Achievement Medal for his actions and performance while assigned to Attack Squadron 75 during two major deployments overseas.

After graduating, he went to an advertising agency in New York, working on Internet based technology projects for companies like Merck, JP Morgan Chase, Exxon Mobil, McGraw-Hill and others.

Nicolas was also selected and accepted the position of Communications Director for the Association of Internet Professionals (AIP), a non-profit organization which promoted growth and represented the digital/interactive industry to both government and the public-at-large. He held this position for two years and was responsible for creating and promoting business seminars, conferences and trade shows in the NYC area.

He has been recently honored for his work in raising funds and awareness for the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC), a unit of The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children. The ICAC is chartered to concentrate its efforts solely to enforce the laws that pertain to minors.

Nicolas was also inducted into the Long Island Business News 2006 class of Top 40 business leaders under the age of 40. The Long Island Business News has recognized 40 rising stars under the age of 40 each year since 1998.
