Nicolas Dinatale honored

Nicolas Dinatale, Vice President and Co-Founder of Kizmet Interactive, Inc. and East Meadow resident, was honored at The Children’s CyberSafety Benefit on May 11, 2006 at Carlyle on the Green at Bethpage State Park. Mr. Dinatale was one of three recipients to be honored for their efforts and commitment to protecting our children against Internet related crimes.

"It's imperative that we're aware of the dangers our children face on the Internet and take the necessary precautions to protect them," said Nicolas Dinatale, Vice President and Co-Founder of Kizmet Interactive. "I'm honored to have been given the opportunity to do my part and gratefully accept this award from the ICAC Child Abuse Unit."

Through casino play, raffles and silent auctions, the event raised funds and promoted awareness for The Internet Crime Against Children (ICAC) Child Abuse Unit, a unit of the Long Island Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children.

Comprised of New York State Peace Officers who are state approved in the recognition and reporting of child abuse, the Child Abuse Unit of the LISPCC focuses its efforts on protecting our children from Internet related crimes.

Nicolas has been instrumental in the growth and success of Kizmet Interactive. In recognition of his efforts, the firm has been recognized by The American Marketing Association (AMA) and received numerous Best on Long Island (BOLI) awards. He was recently inducted into the 2006 class of the Long Island Business News 40 top executives under the age of 40; he is a member of the International Association of Business Leaders and is the former Communications Director for the Association of Internet Professionals (AIP).
